Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Verified cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products improperly stored after delivery
  • Orders refused or abandoned due to customs delays or seizures

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where pepaid.me determines the error originated on our end.
