Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

Verified cases may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Products improperly stored after delivery
Orders refused or abandoned due to customs delays or seizures

Refunds
